Crossing Over

This painting is a study of contrasts...man-made elements and nature, geometric shapes and biomorphic, warm and cool colors. I'm still working on a bridge theme and the idea that they are the link that carries you from one place to another. I suppose, a metaphor for whatever supports us through transitions in life (God, family, friends, community, beauty in nature). Sometimes we just can't walk it alone.
